This is a hypothetical illustration; HFP did not inspect such a certificate. Ask whether the restaurant buys those products, whether the document is valid, and what evidence covers your order. Certified meat does not by itself establish restaurant certification. Identify what the meat document covers, then ask whether the issuer separately assessed the restaurant. Check which location the certificate covers before applying it to another branch. HMA explicitly advises checking individual franchise locations on its website. Recognising a logo does not tell you which business or products the displayed document covers. Read the issuer's name, holder and coverage, then confirm unclear details with the issuer. Ask for current documentation or confirmation from the issuer named on the certificate. An older document cannot, by itself, establish today's certification status. Give the issuer the holder's name and identifier if shown. Leave the match unconfirmed and contact the issuer with the business name, location and certificate details. A failed page, incomplete search or different trading name is a reason to investigate, not a finding of fraud or invalidity.
