Is it really free? What happens after the free month?
Yes — the first month is free when you sign up with your student email, and no credit card is collected. When your free months run out, the membership simply expires. You're never charged automatically; continuing at $2.99/mo or $25/yr is a choice you make with your own card.
How do bonus months work?
Share your referral link. Each student who signs up through it with their own university email adds one free month to your card — instantly, up to 12 bonus months. They don't need to buy anything or add a card — signing up with their school email is enough.
Which emails are eligible?
Your school-issued address for the school you pick — for example a UofT address for UTM. If your address isn't accepted and you're a current student, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Can I combine the Lime Card with other discounts?
Don't assume so — each restaurant publishes its own offer terms, and any combining restriction is shown on the offer's page. When in doubt, ask staff before ordering.
What emails will you send me?
Sign-in codes and membership notices always arrive (that's how the card works). Deal emails are optional — an unchecked box at signup — and you can unsubscribe anytime.
