Halal Food Pass is Canada's halal food search engine, covering 2922 restaurants across 93 cities in Canada. Every listing carries live opening hours, the address, the cuisine and the restaurant's own halal information.
How do I find halal restaurants near me?
Search by city, area or neighbourhood, then narrow by cuisine, dish, rating or distance. Listings show which restaurants are open right now, so you can see what is actually available before you travel.
Does Halal Food Pass show opening hours?
Yes. Opening hours are kept current and each listing shows whether the restaurant is open at this moment, when it closes, and when it next opens.
Does Halal Food Pass certify restaurants as halal?
No. Each restaurant provides its own halal information, which is displayed on its listing. Halal Food Pass is not a halal certification body, so confirm any requirements that matter to you directly with the restaurant.
Does Halal Food Pass deliver food?
No. Halal Food Pass is not a delivery app. It is a directory you use to find a halal restaurant near you, and then you eat in or pick up at the restaurant itself.
How do I add or correct a halal restaurant?
Anyone can nominate a halal restaurant that is missing, and anyone can report a detail that has changed, through the contact page. Owners can claim their own listing from the link at the end of the restaurant page and keep its hours, photos and halal information current themselves.
What is the Lime Card?
The Lime Card is the Halal Food Pass membership: it gets you discounts at the halal restaurants that have partnered with us, and it is free to join. You start with a free first month, then $2.99/month or $25/year, and no card is needed to start it. There is no contract: you can cancel anytime you want, and you keep it only if you are happy with it. Refer friends and you earn free months, one for every friend who joins.
Why are some offers for Lime Card only?
