Falafel Plus fries falafel to order in a unit on Canadian Place near Pearson Airport, and everything down to the bread is baked in house. The counter runs a Palestinian breakfast: qudsieh, musabaha, fattet hummus with olive oil, samneh or ground beef, foul mudammas, galayet bandoura, shakshuka, mufarakeh potato and omelettes, with hummus, mutabal, tabouleh and fattoush alongside. Manakish come in za'atar, cheese, spinach, muhammara, sujuk and meat, and shawarma, shish tawook and kuftah kabab fill the platters and wraps. There is outdoor seating, counter service and catering, and the kitchen keeps one set of hours seven days a week.
