Tarboosh is a family-run Lebanese restaurant at 3050 Confederation Parkway, Unit 105, beside Arya Supermarket in central Mississauga, in business since the late 1980s. Falafel is the house specialty, served in wraps and sandwiches with tahini, alongside hummus, tabbouleh, lentil soup, chicken and beef shawarma, kebbeh and mixed grill plates. The plain exterior gives way to a small dining room with Moroccan-style decor, and takeout, delivery and catering, including whole and half lamb for events, are offered.
