About Biggs Ribs
Biggs Ribs is a halal barbecue rib shop in a small industrial unit on Bram Court in east Brampton, built mainly for takeout with a few seats, and has a sister location in Hamilton. The menu centres on smoky beef back ribs and short ribs, alongside wings in sauces such as honey BBQ, jerk chicken with rice and beans, loaded mac and cheese, cornbread, and waffle, loaded or sweet potato fries. Banana pudding and coconut lemonade round it out, and it takes catering orders for parties.
