Hakka Ren cooks Indian-Chinese food to a long order sheet: chilli chicken, chicken and beef Manchurian, Szechuan, hot garlic and Yunan gravies, crispy beef and General Tao chicken. Drums of Heaven, chicken and fish pakoras and crispy fried wontons open a meal; hot and sour, Manchow and seafood soups follow; and the rice and noodle pages run to Hakka chow mein, sweet caramelized noodles, Singapore mei foon and yin yang part-rice, part-noodle plates. A plant-based section covers soy chicken, beef, shrimp and tandoori drumsticks.
