Pao mo is the centrepiece, torn flatbread steeped in lamb or beef broth with vermicelli and pickled garlic, and around it sit hand-made liang pi cold noodles dressed in sesame paste or chilli oil, cumin lamb and beef skewers off the BBQ grill, water pan-fried beef dumplings, beef roujiamo in flatbread, and a jujube sticky rice cake. Beef and lamb are the only meats. The shop is on Lakeshore Road West in Clarkson, Mississauga, near Clarkson GO, open Tuesday through Sunday for dine-in and takeout, with free parking on site.
