Jikoni Grill is a small, family-run East African Indian takeout on Warden Avenue just north of Highway 401 in Scarborough. Beef ribs, mishkaki skewers, tandoori items and mogo (cassava) are the standouts, alongside samosas, kebabs, bhajia, biryani, masala fish, daal, chicken curry, thepla and monthar. There is no seating, so orders are picked up in person or called in ahead, especially for ribs and larger catering orders for groups.
