A little about this place
About Mary Brown's Chicken Danforth Toronto
This Mary Brown's is a franchise of the Newfoundland-born fried chicken chain on the Danforth, a short walk from Chester station. The menu centres on pressure-fried chicken by the piece and in family boxes, the Big Mary and spicy Big Mary sandwiches, mini burgers, and the chain's seasoned taters with gravy, plus biscuits and banana pudding. The dining room is bright and roomy, with TVs and a patio in warmer months, weekly deals such as Mary Mondays run in store, and it stays open late for takeout and delivery.
