The signature Sabaya wrap uses house-made flatbread with chicken, beef or pulled lamb, alongside beef and chicken suqaar plates, bariis rice, goat stew, BBQ chicken platters, crispy chicken burgers and sambusas with a green chili sauce. Fries, poutines, mango shakes, homemade chai and tres leches cake round out the menu, and catering is available. It is takeout and delivery only and can be tricky to find on a first visit.
