A little about this place
About Twisters Pizza Grande Prairie
Twister’s Donair Pizza Pasta at 9917 97 Avenue offers specialty and build-your-own pizza, donairs, baked pasta, wings, burgers, gourmet dogs, garlic cheese sticks and desserts, with dine-in, takeout, delivery and late-night hours. The exact restaurant-owned 2026 menu supports Twister's donair, donair pizza, spicy chicken pizza, baked pasta and garlic cheese sticks. In the inspected Google Maps sample, diners repeatedly praised pizza and donair flavour, large portions and friendly service.
Low-rated reviewers repeatedly described cold food, wrong or missing items, delayed orders and poor complaint handling; two also made unverified illness allegations. Google Maps lists a washroom and wheelchair-accessible washroom plus free lot and street parking with wheelchair-accessible and plentiful spaces; HFP has not inspected either. The restaurant-linked ordering menu offers alcohol and names bacon without clarifying species or certification, materially conflicting with HFP's entire-menu halal classification.
