Flak'D Burger builds double-smashed halal patties from chuck, brisket and short rib, ground in house and pressed onto a flat-top for a lacy crust. The Classic, the Caramelized Onion and the Mushroom Truffle anchor the board, and a whole brined chicken breast fried to order stands in on the Flak'D Chicken. Each can come on a potato bun, a cooked-to-order paratha or a fresh-baked croissant, with six house-made sauces built on mayo or tahini. It occupies a unit in Ridgeway Plaza on Odyssey Drive in western Mississauga, taking orders into the small hours.
