Open the exact restaurant’s listing, check the day you intend to visit and confirm directly if you are arriving close to closing. Ask about the kitchen’s last order, dine-in seating and any holiday change; a listed closing time alone does not answer those questions.

Confirm holiday hours directly with your restaurant and check MNN’s official prayer information before travelling. HFP has not logged a timed Eid observation. Parking at Ridgeway Plaza
The City’s 15 April 2026 safety agreement announcement, rechecked on 11 October 2026, describes planned cameras, gates and signs alongside enhanced enforcement. It does not confirm that every planned installation is complete. On arrival, follow the current signs and access arrangements; do not treat an older photograph or a previously open entrance as permission to park or enter.
Surface parking serves the Ridgeway, Platinum and Odyssey sections. HFP observed free parking during its August 2026 visits; follow current signs and any posted restrictions. Open the restaurant directory to find your destination’s address before choosing a parking section.
What the City’s parking study found
The City’s November 2025 parking study used 901 spaces at Erin Mills Centre and 749 at Platinum Centre. Its May 1 and 3, 2025 surveys recorded separate weekend peaks of 893 and 747 parked vehicles. The peaks occurred at different times; they cannot be combined into a simultaneous count of empty spaces. The study found the centres effectively reached weekend peak capacity. Its northern capacity assumes nine spaces are removed for a proposed access connection; these are study figures, not a live parking count.

Getting to Ridgeway Plaza
The plaza is at the southwest corner of Eglinton Avenue West and Ridgeway Drive. Addresses also use Platinum Drive and Odyssey Drive. Choose your destination in the restaurant directory, then use that branch’s address and unit for directions.
By transit
MiWay Route 35 Eglinton runs between Churchill Meadows Community Centre Terminal and Kipling Bus Terminal along Eglinton Avenue West. Kipling connects with TTC Line 2; Route 35 does not enter City Centre Transit Terminal. Use the official map, effective April 27, 2026, and MiWay’s journey planner for current stops, transfers and departure times.
By car and on foot
Check your route to the restaurant’s exact address before leaving. Parking entrances serve the Ridgeway, Platinum and Odyssey sections. Park near your first stop, follow posted restrictions and use pedestrian routes between the strips.
Coming from a campus or outside Mississauga

Ridgeway Plaza includes Erin Mills Centre to the north and Platinum Centre to the south. A City of Mississauga report dated November 19, 2025 recorded 277 units, including 115 restaurants, across the centres. These are historical unit counts, not a current tenant census or a count of halal-certified restaurants. The centres are commercial condominiums with individually owned units.
The HFP directory includes Middle Eastern and South Asian cooking, burgers, fried chicken, dessert and chai. Nearby, Muslim Neighbour Nexus (MNN) lists its mosque at 3520 Odyssey Drive. Check MNN’s official website for current prayer information, capacity notices and visitor arrangements.

Every name here is one we could read in a frame, nothing is copied from a listing site, and nothing is inferred from a map pin. It is a verified sample rather than the complete roster: the survey covered the storefront rows the flight passed low over, which is a fraction of ~162 non-food units.

How HFP verifies halal food at Ridgeway Plaza
Halal verified by Halal Food Pass means HFP contacted the restaurant directly and verified its halal status. HFP has done this for its Ridgeway restaurants that are not listed on independent halal certification websites. This is HFP verification through direct contact; it is separate from certification by HMA, ISNA Canada or CHEC.
Why Subway is not in our halal restaurant list
Halal Food Pass does not list restaurants that offer pork. On September 9, 2026, HFP checked the published menu for Subway at 3470 Platinum Drive, Unit 40. That branch’s menu explicitly describes pork in its Black Forest Ham, Italian B.M.T. and other sandwiches, so Subway is excluded from our Ridgeway halal directory and Best list. This finding comes from the published branch menu, rather than an on-site inspection. See the branch menu; confirm the branch address.
Why Mount Sinai is not in our halal restaurant list
Mount Sinai appears to be operating, but it remains excluded under HFP’s no-pork policy. Its Google Maps listing showed ordinary opening hours when checked on September 9, 2026 (Toronto). HFP’s existing exclusion was recorded on September 3, 2026; a March 25, 2024 report described pork carnitas at the restaurant. That report is historical evidence, not a claim about today’s complete menu. HFP has not verified a menu change that resolves that exclusion. Published opening hours alone do not establish eligibility for the halal directory.

Why does the City count 115 restaurants?
The City recorded 115 restaurants across Ridgeway’s two centres in November 2025: 63 in Erin Mills Centre and 52 in Platinum Centre. This was a land-use and parking count. It is not a current count of halal restaurants or a named register of 115 separate operators. See the City’s November 19, 2025 report and its north/south breakdown.
HFP began this September 2026 check with 99 published Ridgeway profiles. Other directories include additional branches, earlier business names, repeated entries and addresses outside the plaza. B’laban and Roz W Laban appear in older directories at Unit 24, where District Tacos is now listed. Those dessert names do not establish two additional current restaurants.
An earlier Go Dough listing uses Unit 107, now identified by Karachi Xpress. The retained delivery menu does not establish that Go Dough still occupies the unit.
A City permit records alterations for Ketkoot at the former Monderie premises. These are successive names at one location, rather than evidence of two current restaurants.
The Baigs website now advertises Brampton. Its earlier Unit 32 address is also advertised by Namkeen; HFP has not confirmed a separate current Baigs branch at Ridgeway.
An earlier Rock’N Deli listing uses Unit 111, now advertised by Firefly Burger. HFP has not confirmed a separate current Rock’N Deli branch at Ridgeway.
This is a related grocery-market listing. Its restaurant counter and grocery business should not automatically be counted as two separate restaurant premises.
The official contact page identifies Brampton at 10990 Chinguacousy Road. The old Ridgeway directory entry is unconfirmed; absence from the official page is not a closure announcement.
The official Mississauga contact section lists CLOSED for every day group it displays. Spice Villa is documented at Unit 18. The source does not give a permanent closure date.
Google Maps marked the Unit 7 branch permanently closed when checked on September 9, 2026 (Toronto). Its undated official website still lists the branch. HFP has not verified a reopening.

The brand website identifies a Brampton location and includes pork dishes. HFP has not confirmed a current Ridgeway branch or its menu, so the older Ridgeway entry is outside this halal selection.
Google Maps displayed ordinary opening hours, but HFP’s no-pork exclusion remains in place. A March 25, 2024 report described pork carnitas; HFP has not verified a menu change that resolves the exclusion.
Subway’s official locator identifies 3470 Platinum Drive, Unit 40. The exact-branch menu includes pork, so it is excluded from HFP’s halal directory and Best list. This does not mean the restaurant is closed.
Sumaq is two distinct listings: its official Express page identifies 3920 Eglinton Avenue West, Unit 27, while the Grill is Unit 25. Google Maps showed Unit 25 for both during our check, so the official branch information takes precedence. Their phones and ordering pages also differ.
Tandoori Bistro and Karahi Master: both Google Maps profiles displayed ordinary hours at 3525 Platinum Drive, Unit 105, with different phone numbers. This does not establish whether they share premises or represent successive operators. HFP has not merged them or claimed either is closed.
