Potato Bar builds meals on a smoked potato or a basket of hand-cut fries and lets you pick what goes on top. Mexican Fiesta brings roasted pulled beef with guacamole and salsa, Nashville Chick pairs pulled chicken with coleslaw and garlic aioli, Big Philly layers minced beef, melted cheese and mushroom truffle, and Greek Freak and Mushroom Truffle keep it meatless. Loaded tater tots, poutine, cheesy fries, wings by the pound and a kids' plate of fries with tenders fill out the rest. The Platinum Drive shop runs to midnight, later at weekends.
