Nawab's Legendary BBQ works South Asian charcoal barbecue into Western formats. Chicken tikka, spicy tikka and malai tikka come off the skewer with beef dora seekh kabab, paneer tikka and soya chaap, then reappear rolled in rumali roti or shahi paratha, stacked on ten and twelve inch pizzas, and packed into loaded boxes. Creamy tandoori chicken is sold by the half and the full bird, and there are tandoori and kurkure momos, Nashville-style sliders and tenders, and wings in four flavours. It occupies a unit on Platinum Drive in Ridgeway Plaza, Mississauga, open late, with dine-in, takeout and delivery.
