The cases hold Nabulsi, akawi, halloumi, feta and sweet cheese for knafeh and manakish, along with labneh, jameed, ayran, drinking yogurt and samneh baladi. It is a small dairy workshop started by a Palestinian agricultural engineer and food scientist who make everything in Canada from local ingredients rather than importing it. The counter sits in Ridgeway Plaza on Ridgeway Drive in Mississauga and runs to midnight on Friday and Saturday.
