GC Burger hand-balls and smashes beef patties on the griddle: the GC Burger with grilled onions and house sauce, the Canuck with swiss and truffle aioli, the Hot Canadian with jalapeños, a cheese-stacked bun build and a chili burger over house-made chili. Buttermilk chicken runs alongside in crispy, spicy and hot-maple versions, with wings by the pound, hand-breaded tenders, all-beef hot dogs and a plant-based patty for the meat-free side. Fries are cut in house daily and go out plain, Cajun, truffled or as poutine, and a Nanaimo-bar milkshake closes an order. The Eglinton Avenue West branch runs into the small hours.
