Fusion Flo runs an East-meets-West halal menu out of the Khan family's Pakistani kitchen. Tacos come filled with braised nihari beef, chicken tikka in butter chicken sauce, or dynamite shrimp; pasta runs to creamy Cajun chicken penne, rose tortellini and baked mac and cheese; and pizzas are topped with bihari kabob, tandoori chicken or beef pepperoni. The desi side keeps Peshawar-style chicken and goat karahi, Karachi chicken biryani, Delhi nihari and dhabba daal, with mixed grills built for two or four. Karak chai, mocktails and lotus milk cake close things out. It opens evenings in Ridgeway Plaza and runs late.
