Soul 5 Urban Kitchen builds its menu on mac and cheese, served alone as the Simple Soul, or under tenders and wings in the Solo Soul, the Soul 5 and the Big Soul. Wings and tenders come plain or tossed in buffalo, smoky barbecue, honey garlic Parmesan, Nashville, hot maple, hot honey or Cajun dry rub. Around them sit Load Me Up loaded fries, fried mac and cheese balls, jalapeno poppers, grilled corn and Barbican-battered fish and chips, plus tacos, quesadillas, taquitos and nachos in sujuk, tandoori chicken, shrimp and beef versions. This Ridgeway Plaza kitchen runs late and caters.
