Chai Pani is an Indian street-food counter and chai house at Ridgeway Plaza in west Mississauga. The kitchen works through Mumbai and Delhi snack traditions: Mumbai vada pav, dabeli, daal kachori and railway cutlets to start, then pav bhaji, chole bhature, matar kulcha and anda bhurji pav as fuller plates. A chaat section runs from pani puri and dahi batata puri through to sev puri and bhel puri. Chai comes cutting, Irani, cardamom or Kashmiri, in glass or kulhad, and the sweet list covers kulfi, falooda and gulab jamun rabadi. The branch menu is vegetarian aside from a few egg dishes.
