A little about this place
About Shako Mako Middle Eastern Cuisine
Shako Mako Middle Eastern Cuisine is an Iraqi kitchen whose menu runs to traditional dolma, rice and beef in grape leaves with carved vegetables, tashreeb of lamb shank over tannour bread soaked in tomato sauce, and qouzi, marinated lamb shoulder on rice with stew. Skewer-grilled kebab, tikka and shish tawook arrive as platters or in sammoon-bread sandwiches, alongside kubba, bourak, lentil soup and manakish topped with beef, sujuk, cheese or zaatar. Turkish coffee, lemon-mint juice and kunafa round it out. The Ridgeway Plaza room takes reservations, serves a weekend breakfast menu and caters.

How HFP researched these reviews
HFP matched this restaurant's branch and read 10 reviews shown as most relevant and 10 reviews shown under lowest ratings. Only visible review text supports this summary; some reviews were truncated. Repeated themes require at least two distinct reviewers. Clearly identified reviews of other branches were excluded.
This is a selected sample of customer opinions, not a survey of all diners. Low-rated reviews deliberately highlight dissatisfied experiences. Statements have not been independently verified; review dates may be older than the research date.
