Pizza Karachi puts Karachi flavours on a pizza base. The Mirchi Sauga carries chicken tikka, roasted green chilli, cilantro and a spicy cheese mix; Karachiano runs a butter-cream malai sauce over seasoned minced beef; Gosht Khor stacks halal beef pepperoni, beef salami and chicken tikka on red Karachi sauce. A classic crust line covers cheese, pepperoni, butter chicken and tandoori chicken. Alongside are chargha and koated wings, naan stuffed with bihari kabab, qeema or paneer tikka, mac-and-cheese pastas, poutine and waffle fries, and shikanjbeen to drink. The Ridgeway Plaza branch on Eglinton Avenue West seats families and serves late.
