Namkeen Hot Chicken fries buttermilk-brined chicken in a South Asian spice blend and serves it at four heat levels, from naked through to hot. Sandwiches run to the Nashville, the Tikkaville with mint chutney, the Tikka Melt on sourdough and the Clucking Waffle on a jalapeno and cheddar Belgian waffle, with tenders, bone-in wings and classic, spicy or mint-tamarind smash burgers alongside. Pataka and Dhamaka loaded fries, masala fries and tikka mac and cheese fill the sides, and the gulabi waffle closes with kulfi and rose. It is the brand's Canadian branch, in Ridgeway Plaza on Eglinton Avenue West in Mississauga, open past midnight at weekends.
