The street-food side runs to nursery bun kabab, katori chaat, samosa chaat, chaat papri, fresco dahi barai and gol gappai, with thela and masala fries, broast chicken, wings and a Burns Road special pizza. Nashta thalis bring halwa puri, qeema, chana and Lahori parathas together with chai. The Ridgeway Plaza kitchen runs until three in the morning, every day.
