Istanbul Doner House to Open in Ridgeway Plaza’s Former AzBerry Unit

Istanbul Doner House is coming to Ridgeway Plaza at 3450 Platinum Drive, Unit 6, Mississauga, Ontario, L5M 2S4. The restaurant’s September 9 Instagram update describes the location as “coming soon.” An opening date has not yet been announced.

The address places the Turkish restaurant in a unit previously associated with AzBerry, marking another planned change in the lineup of Ridgeway Plaza restaurants.

Where is Istanbul Doner House opening at Ridgeway Plaza?

An August 18 announcement shared by Istanbul Doner House’s main and Ridgeway Instagram accounts identified the new location, with Unit 6 appearing in both the caption and the storefront graphic. The September 9 post repeats the address and promotes Turkish food and grilled dishes, while asking diners to watch for further updates.

Neither announcement provides an opening day or a complete menu for the new branch.

What previously occupied Unit 6?

Public listings connect Unit 6 with AzBerry, a juice and mocktail business. Its Uber Eats page gives the exact address and lists fruit juices, slushies and fruit salads. The page marks AzBerry closed on Uber Eats as of July 1, 2026. That establishes its status on the delivery platform, rather than the date its physical store closed.

The unit also appeared in a business-for-sale listing dated January 5, 2026. MLS W12662168 advertised a takeout restaurant business, with the property excluded from the sale, and stated that a future restaurant operator could install a hood.

The listing is now marked unavailable. These records document the unit’s earlier food-business use but do not establish a completed sale, identify a buyer or show that Istanbul Doner House purchased AzBerry.

What is on Istanbul Doner House’s existing menu?

Istanbul Doner House already has a Mississauga restaurant at 1201 Britannia Road West. Its official website also lists locations in Burlington, Niagara Falls and North York.

The restaurant’s existing published menu includes beef and chicken döner, İskender kebab, chicken and beef Adana, and chicken and beef shish. Diners can order döner in sandwiches and wraps or on rice, while mixed plates cater to groups.

The menu extends to lahmacun and several pides, including cheese, spinach and feta, and döner varieties. Appetizers include hummus, baba ghanoush and lentil soup; desserts include baklava and künefe, alongside Turkish tea and coffee.
