Karachi Food Court gathers several Karachi Originals counters under one roof, with the grill turning out seekh, reshmi, bihari and gola kababs, tandoori and malai boti and chicken tikka, served as paratha rolls or on platters with naan and Karachi paratha. Chef's specials cover nihari, beef and mutton paya, Burns Road fry kabab, mutton qorma, hari mirch qeema, Sindhi biryani and sajji masala. Halwa puri with channa, suji halwa and aloo sabzi runs daily until mid-afternoon. Karachi broast, bun kababs, chapli, smash burgers and wings fill out the fast side, with kashmiri chai, lassi and rolled ice cream to finish.
